By accessing or using ScreenDo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. License

ScreenDo grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

• Single Device License: Valid for use on 1 macOS device.
• Pro Bundle License: Valid for use on up to 3 macOS devices.

3. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with ScreenDo, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its original content, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of ScreenDo Inc. and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ScreenDo Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
